Chris leads the Digital First Engagement Team at Verint in EMEA As the Head of Digital First Engagement, Chris is focused on leading the team of sales and customer success professionals to empower our customers to deliver exceptional digital first strategies that enable frictionless customer centric experiences. Verint Digital-First Engagement solutions not only address the demands and expectations of the consumer, but also the impact of these demands on the brand’s workforce of bots and agents – closing the Engagement Capacity Gap with our One Workforce platform. Chris has over 24 Years in Sales and Customer Success, with the last 14 years specifically leading teams in digital customer engagement solutions across web chat, personalised video and machine learning powered automation. Outside of work he loves to spend time with his wife and kids exploring the Surrey Hills where he lives and trains, having fun doing triathlons with his friends.
