The SHIFT/CX is a two day conference and exhibition on rethinking marketing, sales & service activities and operations in a more customer-centric manner for the digital age. The conference offers a variety of experts & best practice talks, discussion panels, parallel deep dive workshops and interactive open space sessions. The main conference language is German - with some selected international talks.
The 2020 edition of the event is set for the theme: "From Customer First to Customer Passion!" This focus reflects the challenge on not just having a customer-centric and well-orchestrated experience approach but also a "for the customer passioned" organisation to serve the customer expectations.
The event is targeted to practioners from (Digital) Marketing, Sales & Service - and gives an overview on recent trends in regards to business and technological challenges in this activity fields.
